End-User Licence and Anti-Cloning Notice

1. Licensor and Applicable Platforms
This notice applies to platforms operated by ProActa High Performance Management Limited (Company Registration No. 9711894), including os.praxisbyproacta.com and praxis-all-sports.praxisbyproacta.com (together, "the Platforms").
2. Licence Grant
Subject to your agreement to the Platforms' Terms of Use, ProActa High Performance Management Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platforms for their intended purpose. This licence does not transfer ownership of any software, content, design, or underlying system to you.
3. Anti-Cloning and Anti-Circumvention
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, mirror, scrape, or create derivative works from any software code, database logic, scoring algorithm, system architecture, badging framework, or UI/UX design deployed across the Platforms. Unauthorized cloning or circumvention of these protections is strictly prohibited and may be subject to prosecution under applicable national and international intellectual property laws.
4. Reservation of Rights
